We are seeking an experienced Intermediate IT Project Manager to join our team and support our Cybersecurity, Identity Management and networking/data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Healthcare IT, with the ability to manage various phases of the project lifecycle while adapting to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and oversee all phases of the project management cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for cybersecurity and networking/data center projects.

Framework Adaptation: Utilize a mix of traditional waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure project success and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and quality of outcomes.

Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure resources are allocated effectively and project milestones are met.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change logs.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cybersecurity and networking/data center projects.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT and Healthcare IT systems and processes. Previous experience with Cybersecurity, Identity Management, Lifecycle and networking/data center work.

Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including both traditional waterfall and agile frameworks. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle moderate complexity in projects.
