Our Financial Services client is looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join their team in Houston. This is an exciting long term contract role with opportunities for growth and to join the team full-time. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the team by managing essential administrative tasks, including managing incoming mail, processing deposits, printing checks, and handling various other office duties. This is a new and growing organization that offers employees exciting opportunities to learn and advance their careers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming mail, ensuring proper sorting and scanning
  • Accurately processing deposits and printing checks using the appropriate systems
  • Processing distribution and pulling reports utilizing Excel
  • Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Reliable and capable of handling various tasks with efficiency
  • Eager to share ideas, ask questions, and make suggestions to improve processes
