Job Description & Qualifications
Our preferred requirements:
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently solve all equipment issues and continuously evaluate equipment with a rapid continuous improvement (RCI) approach
- Familiarity with Visual Factory Management
- Good knowledge of small equipment. Riveters, press brakes, spot welders, and small beading and crimping machines
Maintenance
- Supervise preventive maintenance schedules, preventive and predictive inspections, and make repairs to minimize down time
- Conduct root cause analysis of downtime issues to prevent recurrence
- Work with others to launch new programs or equipment, optimize floor layouts, coordinate equipment refurbishment, and develop standardized PM programs
- Execute prioritized daily maintenance activities
- Setup and maintain presses up to 200 ton/ progressive dies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
