Location : Mason, OH (Hybrid – Onsite for first 1-2 months or until fully trained, then hybrid schedule can be discussed)

Length of Assignment : 20 weeks
Bill Rate : $25 / hr
Job Summary :
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Regulatory Communications to provide temporary support for maternity leave coverage. This role is responsible for managing regulatory communications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the Corporate Communications team with writing, editing, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare regulatory communications, claims management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regulatory Communications & Compliance :
- Develop, edit, and manage regulatory communication materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
- Project Management & Documentation :
- Maintain accurate documentation of regulatory materials, communications, and policies.
- Track compliance activities and assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Develop and manage project-based communication plans.
- Claims & Adjudication Support :
- Work closely with claims and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support claims adjudication processes by maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Content Development & Communications :
- Research, write, and edit content for internal and external communication channels, including intranet updates and corporate materials.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications, adhering to company branding and tone guidelines.
- Develop and distribute internal training materials related to compliance and regulatory updates.
- Data Entry & Reporting :
- Compile and analyze compliance data to support leadership in decision-making.
- Generate reports to track regulatory compliance and claims-related activities.
