Job Title: IT Temp – Software Support Specialist
Pay Rate: $25-28/hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 4 months with the possivlibty of extension.
Training Requirements:
- Approximately 3–4 weeks of training before being active on the phone queue.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical software support for fitting software and programming interfaces, including Compass Cloud onboarding.
- HIMSA Certification: Obtain HIMSA certification to support HIMSA software and programming interfaces, including Noah 4 and Noahlink Wireless.
- Customer Support: Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and internal requests for technical software support with a customer-centric approach.
- Documentation: Log all support interactions and software issues in Salesforce.
- Escalate unresolved software issues to 2nd-level support for further investigation.
- Login Assistance: Support login and password reset queries.
- IT Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting support for Windows OS.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and complete mandatory departmental training related to software support.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong customer-facing and customer service skills.
- Experience with IT troubleshooting, particularly on Windows OS.
- Ability to document interactions and escalate issues accurately using Salesforce.
Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Extended Coverage: Availability until 8:00 PM to accommodate West Coast customers may be required.
