Job title : Operation Specialist
Status : Contract Assignment
Location : Mason, OH
HYBRID : 2x a week in of
Hours : 8-5pm
Duration : 6 months - potential extension
Specific Skills Needed :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience required
1-3 years of experience in business operations
Strong attention to detail is essential
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Customer service, experience working with a CRM application such as SalesForce or C4C
Strong communication and writing skills (email correspondence with new customers),
Attention to detail, excel, data entry, process improvement, excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize, time management.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Ability to self-direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system.
Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules.
Data entry into SAP IS Retail
Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
Support team members and new initiatives as needed.
Support for Broker Appointments in High Seasonality
Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
Perform data entry functions as requested through request system.
Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
Identify and document business rules and requirements under supervision of Manager.
Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes to new features or system changes.
