Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This role involves administrative support, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams and managers by handling administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in organizing sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and client meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with order processing, tracking sales transactions, and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and accounting, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, solar energy products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, sales coordination, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
