Overview:
Bernick’s Creative Team produces the beverage industry’s best point of sales in Minnesota. Stunning graphics coupled with fast turn times keeps the Bernick’s sales force equipped to meet the dynamic needs of our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Our Graphic Designers create customized materials featuring Bernick’s robust portfolio of Soft Drink, Beer and THC brands.
- Design and execute posters, banners, retail displays, promotional materials, invitations, special events, fliers, web graphics, and collateral across multiple business divisions and locations.
- Promotion concept development.
- Maintain content specifications, design guidelines and quality control.
- Stay current with and organize brand assets.
- Strive for excellence by staying apprised to trends, design principles, accurate spelling and grammar, and file preparation.
- Preflight design files to send to in-house printers.
- Maintain and adhere to a complex filing system.
- Strong ability to use workflow system for project details and production tracking.

- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.

- Good-natured while having a busy schedule.
- Accepting of feedback from team members and customers.
- A good communicator, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience required.
- BS or associate’s degree in Graphic Design.
- Portfolio required at time of application submission.
HOURS: Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM or completion
- Works primarily in office setting, occasionally outdoors in market with varying weather conditions.
- Travel for in person meetings with team members, customers and/or partners to develop relationships or manage projects as needed.

Pay Range: $22-$24/hr.
