Join the # 1 Middle TN Real Estate Team in the MLS as an Inside Sales Agent cultivating and converting lead opportunities into appointments for our real estate agents. In addition, to a high earning potential, this position offers an exciting career in real estate.
The right candidate will be highly sales driven, coachable, a team player. consistent with a great attitude and possess an enthusiastic conversational style on the phone.
This Inside Sales position is designed to help increase the number of sales opportunities for the team, and to promote and professionally represent the good reputation of Bernie Gallerani Real Estate.
If you have previous sales experience, inbound / outbound phone sales experience, are skilled in rapport building, energized by talking to people, passionate about the sales process and find fulfillment in contributing to the growth of a team, then we would love to hear from you today!
Responsibilities
- Follow a structured schedule that enables you to be on the phone for 6 hours per day prospecting for new business
- Speak to 50-60 clients per day to qualify their motivation and real estate needs
- Convert conversations into a minimum of 10 listing or buyer appointments per week
- Ensuring clients are receiving incredible on-going client care
- Accurately track and convey sales productivity and sales metrics to management daily
- Willing to be held accountable to results
- Master scripts in daily role-play practice and attend all applicable team trainings
- Have a positive attitude and be a contributing member of the team
Qualifications
- Schedule to be Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8pm
- Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday
- Outbound and inbound phone sales experience preferred
- Growth minded mindset that thrives in an environment that pushes you to be your best
- Grit and hunger to be a high achiever
- Tech Savvy with the ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Can operate in a fast-paced and highly accountable environment
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 potential at plan in year 1
