Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and reception.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Assist in property management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support personal assistant duties for management as required, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
