Bernstein, DePhillips & Kalosieh, LLP is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate has a good work ethic and strong attention to detail. They are highly-organized and possess the ability to multi-task and work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, including answering phones and taking messages, drafting letters, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking messages.
- Drafting letters and correspondence.
- Making photocopies and assembling documents.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff.
- Scheduling appointments and managing office calendar.
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Microsoft Office (Required)
- Prior experience in a law firm is a plus
