Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents and preparing reports..
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications and documents.
