We specialize in operating best-in-class properties in North Conway Village and at the base of Attitash.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee 25 people in our housekeeping and laundry teams at Attitash Mt. Village, the 2nd largest lodging facility in NH.

- Lead, manage and hold your team accountable.
- Ensure Housekeeping Processes are followed by all.
- Oversee room attendants, inspectors, and supervisors in providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction daily.
- Communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner with guests, owners, homeowner associations, and other departments.
- Achieve established department goals for NPS (Net Promotor Score) room cleanliness and guest helpfulness.
- Achieve goals for housekeeping department profitability.
- Work closely with other managers to meet company goals.

- Guest review scores of 4.5 out of 5 or higher for room cleanliness
- Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 70 or greater
- Guest review score of 4.5 or higher for staff helpfulness
- 20% net operating profit annually
- 0 overtime hours
