Responsibilities
- Assist as needed with warranty claims through listed manufacturers.
- Verify history of repairs on machine. (Duplicate work, or parts warranty)
- Collect extensive information from the service managers on the service claim for processing. (Extra labor time filed additional parts, serial numbers, and additional invoices needed.)
- Assist with auditing credit files for customers and follow up on Sales Tax Exempt Files
- Monthly Invoice / billing customers
- Keep track and bill GM Accounts
- Close Warranty / Fleet Tickets
- Obtain pictures through One Drive, and attach them to vendor claims to insure quicker response from manufactures.
- Assist with part returns for vendors.
- Assist with answering incoming calls to Branch.
