General Function:
Berry Construction Company, a leading General Contractor in the Southeast, is actively seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will be expected to oversee all activities associated with the execution of a construction project. He/She Project Manager will communicate daily with entire project team to ensure schedule, budgets, and quality meet the company expectations.

Travel: 30% of the time
Essential Duties:
- Establish and maintain project schedule and budget
- Daily communication with project team
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and owners
- Issue subcontracts and lead coordination of subcontractors
- Review and submit project submittals for approval
- Coordinate and maintain material delivery
- Meet with city, state, and utility officials for project coordination
- Update and issue weekly project job status reports
- Maintain project budget and present monthly update to management
- Manage and oversee job close-out
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience
- Computer skills using MS Project, Excel, and MS Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritize task
- Project Manager based in Chattanooga but Travel to jobsites required, up to 30%
