Key Responsibilities
- Direct new operators in the performance of daily tasks and direct contractors in the performance of required plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure the plant is operated and maintained according to Company policy and ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulatory requirements with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Responsible for continuous operations of COGEN operation plant by performing equipment rounds, monitoring DCS, and responding to alarms by calmly taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Take the lead in diagnosing and solving plant performance issues.
