">We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of all machinery during shift and troubleshoot plant maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance with skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance, ensuring that adequate repair parts are stocked and using the MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory.
In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor will assist with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications, striving for continuous improvement of equipment and serving as an example for housekeeping and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance on all machinery during shift;
- Troubleshoot plant maintenance issues;
- Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance;
- Use MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory;
- Make recommendations for equipment improvements;
- Assist with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications;
- Strive for continuous improvement of equipment;
- Serve as an example for housekeeping and safety standards;
- Ensure daily PMs are performed and recorded;
- Enter all Work Order Requests into automated tracking system;
- Accurately record and report Work Order Request information;
- Perform other duties as assigned;
- Troubleshoot molding process;
- Troubleshoot machines;
- Troubleshoot auxiliary equipment;
- Answer alarms on machines;
