Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Manufacturing Production Specialists to join our team in Cumberland, MD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve automation, vision, and robot issues in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Verify product quality according to spot-check schedules and ensure compliance with Quality Tolerance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance and automation.
- Mechanical aptitude and previous electrical experience.
- Familiarity with PLCs, Drives, and robots.
- A willingness to take a hands-on approach during process interruptions.
- Safety and quality consciousness at all times.
