As a Shift Manager - Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our molding machines and related production equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Exhibit leadership skills and develop training skills for team members
- Use problem-solving abilities to handle situations that may arise in the workplace
- Responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are maintained in the production department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work overtime daily as well as weekends and holidays as required to maintain production per Customer requirements
- Must be available to work on feet (standing, walking) for entire shift, excluding breaks
