This production technician role involves overseeing the operation of designated lines, supervising helpers, and ensuring the enforcement of safety rules. Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment, training helpers, and ensuring daily cleanups are completed. Candidates should have prior experience as an Apprentice Technician, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate in English. This is a regular full-time position in Lewisburg, TN, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain operation of designated line.
- Be responsible for helpers' actions.
- Take ownership of the line when it is down and get it back up and running under normal running conditions.
- Train helpers to perform properly.
- Enforce safety rules and procedures.
- Clean up daily clean up by the end of the shift.
- Complete paperwork and enter information into the computer system.
- Understand equipment process and operation.
- Drive forklift to move supplies.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Apprentice Technician or approval from upper management.
