We are looking for an experienced Shift Grinder to join our team at Berry Global. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our granulator and maintaining high-quality regrind products. Your key responsibilities will include operating the granulator, monitoring its performance, and reporting any issues to the Maintenance and QA Manager. Additionally, you will be required to maintain good housekeeping in the Grinder Room and Scrap Area of the Warehouse, operate manual pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely, and have basic writing and math skills.
