We are looking for a reliable, organized professional to join our dynamic law firm. This person would be a key member of our team, providing an exceptional first impression to our clients. The position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, who can also multitask between greeting clients and redirecting phone calls. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills. This position is a set schedule that is free of weekend and evening hours. Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet clients
- Answer phones and route calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean and professional client waiting area
- Communicate with clients over the phone, email, mail and in person
- Sanitize client areas between appointments
- Accept and route hand deliveries
Essential Requirements
- Professional verbal, written, business correspondence and electronic communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 Hours
