Berry Law is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in all aspects of human resources. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, Veteran-owned law firm that values excellence, integrity, and service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
✅ Employee Relations – Support HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
✅ Benefits & Payroll Support – Help manage employee benefits, assist with open enrollment, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
✅ Compliance & Documentation – Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and update policies as needed.
✅ HR Administration – Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee inquiries and supporting strategic HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 HR Experience – 1-3 years in an HR-related role (HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar).
🔹 Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Excellent Communication – Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
🔹 Tech-Savvy – Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems preferred.
🔹 HR Certification (Preferred, Not Required) – SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar is a plus.
