Job Contributions and Key Responsibilities
New Hire Documentation/Reports/ Data Entry
- Function as a proficient user on all processes related to HR functions in HRIS database (HCM and EBS).
- Participate in the review of weekly Head Count Reporting, update HCM as appropriate, or directed by Supervisor
- Assist employees in completing benefits applications
- Enter badges and stickers numbers on data track/Bruno App/ OH App for new hire and re-hires.
- Verify that employees are active on the system.
- Responsible for filing all personnel documents electronically under each employee’s record. (Ex; W-4s, VOE, EDD Letters, Address Changes, Electronic Authorization Forms, etc.- as needed).
- Complete and review new hire applications and activate badges. (For those who have it available, complete new hired paper work throw HCM and DocuSign).
- Distribute employee checks, W2’s & Employee Earnings Reports and process employee request forms.
- Deliver new hire orientations to new employees
- Ensure adequate materials are available, such as badges, stickers rolls, yellow tags, ciphers/cell phones (for Bruno App) if needed order materials.
- Actively seek recruitment needs information for field; keep supervisor informed.
- Email and export lay off list to Payroll and prepare Lay Off package for employees.
- Distribute employee checks, W2’s & Employee Earnings Reports and process employee request forms.Process teminations in HCM – voluntary / involuntary terminations, job abandonments. Payroll notifications for final pay.
- Other related duties as required and assigned.
- Basic knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
- Communicate fluently (written, verbal, listening and presentation) in Spanish, English is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to change.
- Be reliable and dependable.
- Manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
