Employee Data Management
- Responsible for accurate employee data management and maintenance of employee records both in our PeopleConnect system and other record keeping system.
- Ensures employee record keeping compliance requirements, and HRIS data integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee corporate office employee workstation seating and layout changes.
- Manages the onboarding program to ensure the best employee experience for new hires. Manages and follows up with hiring managers on the new employee’s Learning and Training Plan and completion of the plan for successful onboarding.
- Manages the new employees 60 Day Reviews by ensuring managers complete this process.
- Manages Offboarding program to include exit meetings process, conducting exit interviews, and managing layoffs for administrative employees by ensuring compliance requirements.
- Responsible for HR best practices by ensuring compliance with federal/state labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Manage compliance training for administrative employees.
- Ensures state/federal compliance postings on all our US and Canada Districts Offices.
- Manages company employee handbooks for administrative employees, ensuring they are updated on an annual basis and compliant with applicable labor laws.
- Develops, implements and administers corporate policies and procedures to include communication and training efforts.
- Recommends new approaches to policies and procedures while ensuring legal compliance.
- Manage staffing agencies relationships for temporary employee assignments.
- Manages the Internship Program to include design, implementation and talent pipeline that results from internships.
- Manages employee relations investigations, disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans by following Employee Relations Best Practices and our Disciplinary Corrective Action Guidelines program.
- Responsible for resolving employee relations for administrative employees in a manner that is effective, empathetic, neutral, fair and supportive of RAC’s values of Honesty, Fairness and Respect.
- Oversee internal investigations, of varied levels of complexity and risk exposure, in response to complaints/concerns submitted by field employees while ensuring a swift and thorough investigation process in alignment with our Employee Relations Best Practices, guidelines and values.
- Advises generalists-field on investigation processes, ensuring established policies and procedures are following.
- Advice and counsels managers on how to effectively work with employees, especially in difficult situations.
- Accountable for case management, progress reporting and document tracking for internal investigations.
- Coaches, guides and empowers field generalists in preventive/proactive ways to address various issues.
- Designs, develops, and delivers training programs for frontline leaders; works in collaboration with B.U counterparts, focusing on district's local needs ensuring collaborative oversight of Learning and Development programs.
- Incorporates best practices / lessons learned in the development of training plans, including creative learning activities, audio-visual materials, and training guides to incorporate in training sessions.
- Works closely with Field PBP, Production Leadership and district Partners to define the priorities on Talent Development.
- Identifies subject matter experts to help facilitate topic and achieve training objectives and strategies.
- Facilitates competency training for groups and individuals in classroom and/or in the field settings (virtually and in-person).
- Supports leaders with Improvement Plans related to employee performance evaluations.
- Gathers training programs feedback, report data / results back to management - continually updates materials and content to stay relevant and maximize effectiveness.
- Oversees / Coordinates corporate training programs - HR compliance - Sexual Harassment / Discrimination Prevention, new hire orientations.
- Maintains the Corporate HR webpage on our intranet by ensuring it is updated with all applicable current information.
- Oversee community engagement events; coordinating multiple events through the year linked to company philanthropy initiatives in the community in partnership with local PBPs.
- Manages employee engagement events and announcements.
- Responsible for administration of programs such as: Our voices Survey action plan for the BU, Spot Awards, snappy program etc.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Federal/State Labor laws for US, and Peru and applicable regulations.
- Must be knowledgeable and stay current with U.S., CA, Oregon, Florida & Federal employment law requirements, as well as applicable laws for Canada and Peru.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Billingual - Fluency in English and Spanish - Speak, Read, Write, required, familiarity with Mexican indigenous languages and cultures a plus.
- Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Creative – Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit that breaks down barriers to promote new and creative ways to meet goals.

- 5 - 7 yrs HR experience, 2 yrs Training/Learning and Development experience.
- Experience in managing projects, including managing project outcomes.
- Professional certification strongly preferred: HRCI / PHR-CA, SHRM: SHRM-CP or SCHM-SCP.
- If driving is a necessary part of the job employees are required to possess a valid driver's license.
- English and Spanish: >95%
- Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate
- Ability to travel 15% of the time - RAC business unit offices U.S., and Canada.
Salary : $118,600 - $133,500
