BECOMING OUR CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
As a Customer Care Specialist, your typical work schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, with flexibility for extended hours, nights, or weekends when needed.
Picture this: Your day starts by answering customer calls and booking jobs, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll perform follow-up calls, initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
