WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a Customer Care Specialist - Customer Service Rep, your workweek will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4 : 30 PM, offering flexibility for extended hours, nights, or weekends when required.
Your day is a dynamic blend of answering customer calls, booking jobs, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience. Your adept communication skills shine as you engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence. Proactively reaching out for appointment reminders and maintaining an accurate customer database showcase your initiative and organizational prowess. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is evident as you promptly address service issues and navigate conflict resolution with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
