Key Responsibilities :

3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite / Google Workspace.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
Knowledge of the Central Arkansas area is a plus.
