Your New Role

As a Plumbing Install Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our customers happy and their homes running smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be taking care of:

• Execute top-notch installations of plumbing equipment according to the best practices and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure every job meets or exceeds all local codes and safety regulations—avoiding the callbacks and refunds.
• Mentor and train apprentices, helping them become future stars in the trade.
• Install copper pipes, manage soldering/brazing, and connect gas lines safely.
• Keep everything buttoned up, from stocking your truck to handling documentation in Service Titan like a pro.

• Licenses/Certifications: Journeyman Plumber or 4th Year Apprentice accepted.
• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of plumbing service and repair experience.
• Technical Skills: Must be able to read blueprints, use tablets/smartphones, and navigate GPS.
