Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- You will generate sales appointments for customers to meet with Sales Representatives
- You must be comfortable selling and asking for the appointment while continuously making phone calls and sending emails throughout the buying process
- Schedule appointments using dealership-approved methods
- Listen to, and help interpret customer's statements accurately
