The Technical Services Lead will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Technical Service activities. Including overseeing all product initially brought into the Technical Services Room (TSR) and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. Lead and provide guidance to the Tech Operators as well as coordinate supply chain activities within the Technical Services group. Plans and coordinates schedules to effectively meet customer requirements. This position is also responsible for safety, organization, and cleanliness.
Your Tasks
- Provide training, instruction, and guidance to Technical Operators
- Review BOM and product list for department tasks and builds
- Ensuring accuracy of all documents
- Monitoring and managing stock levels; communicating with warehouse management team on reordering consumables
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise
- Logs information in SAP system
- Pick orders for TSR
- Leads and monitors the work of other Technical Operators
- Shift : 2PM-10 : 30PM ; overtime as required
