Our current corporate headquarters are located in Random Lake, WI but in the summer of 2025 we will be moving our corporate headquarters to 605 N 8th Street Sheboygan, WI 53081.
As a Front Desk Coordinator at Bertram Communications, you will be the first point of contact, providing professional, efficient, and courteous service to all clients, visitors, and team members. Primary Responsibilities
- Greet every client, visitor and team member, ensuring a positive impression.
- Keep the visitor log in updated at all times
- Make Customer call backs when asked.
- Greet everyone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Sort and deliver all mail, internal messages, and packages to team members.
- Coordinate the schedules for the conference room and break out rooms for the entire team.
- Know emergency call system and be the first point of contact when the system is enacted.
- Manage inventory of all office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
- Perform all accountabilities in a timely and efficient manner following company policies and procedure.
- Work independently in a professional atmosphere.
- Provide assistance as a personal assistant when required, supporting team members with various administrative tasks.
Requirements
· Proven experiences as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Proficient in calendar management and office software applications such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.46 - $16.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
