Marketing Manager - Insurance

Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries PBI Research Services, The Berwyn Group, Inc., ITM, Life Insurance Trust Company, Fasano Underwriting, Twentyfirst, Maple Life Financial, Maple Life Analytics, and LexServ) is a fast-growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets.

Longevity's Marketing department is growing! We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the following:

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with Director of Marketing, build and implement the marketing strategy which includes a variety of marketing channels and tactics including events/conferences, content, email communication, webinars, collateral, social, advertisements, and PR
• Build and implement an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for the top insurance companies
• Develop related and well-researched content for multiple platforms, such as website, social platforms, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
• Help build and implement the content strategy and editorial calendar. Work with others on the team and third parties to distribute
• Partner with internal and external partners to build strong thought leadership content
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement. Work with RevOps to ensure we are utilizing marketing spend efficiently and effectively

Required Skills:

• 8 years of marketing experience with proven record of building and implementing a marketing strategy that has driven market awareness and growth
• Experience marketing to insurance companies preferred
• Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, or related field
