Distribution Marketing Manager
What you do :
Maintain a firm understanding of the broker-dealer and advisory marketplace, as well as FIA / RILA product offerings, while aligning strategies to address both our distribution model and the distinct needs and value propositions of external market segments. Identify opportunities to drive sales results through automated and lifecycle marketing campaigns, content development, and strong product positioning. Create strategic marketing and communication plans and execute in collaboration with our dedicated Agile team. Drive proactive collaboration with marketing leadership, distribution partners and support departments to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and on-time delivery of marketing initiatives. You will report to the Sr. Director of Distribution Marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support and drive sales momentum across multiple product lines for distribution, including :
- Identify target markets, segments and key touch points for marketing initiatives.
- Recommend marketing projects, solutions and plans of action that drive sales results.
- Execute and manage initiatives on time and within budget.
- Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of marketing initiative and campaign results.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing positioning and marketing content.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, competitive activities and programs.

What you bring :
Base Salary Range $78,000-156,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
