Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Construction Admin Assistant/Legal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support. This position will report directly to the CEO/President. The work will be on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
-Make travel arrangements
-Take dictation and minutes
-Produce reports, presentations and briefs
-Maintain office filing system
Requirements
-Experience in a legal and/or construction background
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-MS Office and English proficiency
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Up-to-date with current technology
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Discretion and confidentiality
-High School diploma required
-Degree or certification would be considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
