Description
BMA is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This role can be performed remotely .
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance lead will support the FDIC Program by leading the programming and scripting efforts using various programming languages including Java, Python, and C#. They will work with test automation frameworks and tools to help support the the program and overall quality assurance needs.

Required Skills & Experience
- Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) : Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines.
- Regulatory Compliance : Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, if applicable (e.g., ISO, FDA for healthcare software).
- Bachelor's Degree : Often in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including experience with manual and automated testing.
- Leadership Experience : Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is usually required.
- Testing Tools : Proficiency with QA and testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, or LoadRunner,
