Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed.
