Our company is committed to providing world-class training services to support the Army National Guard's mission. We are seeking a Combat Training Center Staff Trainer to lead our live virtual constructive training efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of trainers and coordinators to plan, execute, and evaluate live virtual constructive training exercises.
- Develop and implement training strategies to enhance the skills of military personnel, with a focus on command and control procedures.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of Army National Guard units.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to training operations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to unit commanders and staff on matters related to training and operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 years of specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position, with at least 3 years working with Army Command and Control Information Systems.
- BA/BS degree, with MA/MS preferred. Completion of the Command and General Staff College or equivalent level military schooling is also desired.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and leading complex training initiatives.
- Expertise in current Army WFF doctrine and processes, with ability to identify new and emerging Army and Joint doctrine.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including military personnel, government officials, and civilians.
