Job Summary
BMA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team to support CMMC compliance efforts as well as assist in day to day help desk tickets. This role involves performing basic administrative tasks within MS Active Directory, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and ensuring the integrity of BMA's information systems.

Required Skills & Certifications
- Experience with day-to-day help desk and support operations of computers, other network hardware, software, and cloud applications.
- 2 years of general IT support with some working knowledge of a SIEM
- Experience with analyzing and troubleshooting system logs
- Experience with Cybersecurity compliance, NIST, and CMMC frameworks
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documents
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID
- Working knowledge of Security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
- Security Certification
