Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a Customer Service Specialist.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain customer help desk/document solutions
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot all printers (including Zebra label printers)
- Setup and deploy workstations
- Create and manage user domain/email accounts.
- Maintain company phone/communication system
- Evaluate system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
- Evaluate expansions or enhancements by studying workload and capacity of computer system.
- Maximize use of hardware and software by training users, interpreting instructions, and asking/answering questions
- Achieve computer system objectives and confirm program objectives and specifications
- Troubleshoot computer hardware.
- Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Clean server closet, workstations/systems, and network closet
- Other duties as assigned
Required experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or other related field (experience can be substituted for degree)
- 1-2 years of experience in essential functions of information technology
- Experience with process improvement, software troubleshooting, software testing, network troubleshooting, and scalability
- Strong understanding of software and network performance
- Pay attention to detail and ask questions when necessary
