Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Client Support: Support account managers by facilitating clear and effective communication to maintain positive client relations.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of advertising projects, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Research and Analysis: Perform market research and industry trend analysis to inform account strategies and client presentations.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic reports on project advancement and performance metrics to account managers and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to facilitate the development and execution of campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties, including arranging meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
- 1 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- In-depth Knowledge of Digital Marketing: A strategic thinker who has a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and channels
- Strategic Vision: Have the ability to think long-term and develop solid strategies that drive the growth and success of the agency.
- Adaptability and Problem Solving: Be able to adapt quickly to changes in the market and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
