We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Manager with the aim of leading the CRM & Marketing Automation department. This is a profile with a keen interest in optimizing business processes, designing campaigns, creating journeys and analyzing databases.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Consulting Services for the Implementation of CRM and Marketing Automation Solutions
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of client needs to identify areas for improvement that can be addressed through marketing automation, outlining the necessary processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform analysis to detect customer segments for targeted marketing automation initiatives that will maximize customer value.
- Implement campaigns utilizing various marketing automation tools aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration, in collaboration with the rest of categories to enhance both sales growth and customer value.
- Establish specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, and monitor these indicators to optimize actions and refine strategies in alignment with client needs.
- Analyze the behavior of each campaign to identify insights and trends that guide the process and improve the impact on the business
- Develop the customer journey, including lead nurturing processes, lead scoring methodologies, briefings, workflows, and trigger mechanisms.
- Configure, customize, and rigorously test the selected marketing automation tools.
- Define the customer data model and strategize for campaign execution.
- Plan, design, develop, launch, and analyze email marketing campaigns effectively.
- Email segmentation, A/B testing and personalization
- Implement email segmentation, conduct A/B testing, and apply personalization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
- Oversee the management and optimization of landing pages for email marketing initiatives.
- Execute ongoing monitoring and analysis, including the definition of KPIs, and the production of analytical, efficiency, and improvement reports related to marketing automation efforts.

Education And Experience
- Proficiency is required in Marketo & Salesforce for this role. Experience with other CRM's such as Odoo, Eloqua, Watson Marketing Automation, SALESmanago or Zoho Campaigns is a bonus.
- Experience on the consulting side in the implementation of CRMs in clients
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with internal Marketing, Web and Paid Digital teams, as well as excellent Client communication skills
- Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations while adhering to established deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
