Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and procurement assistants.
- Handle accounting support, including payments and invoices.
- Communicate with clients about budgets and project updates.
- Prepare itemized budgets and obtain vendor quotes.
- Track production, shipping, and costs.
- Create proposals and purchase orders.
- Oversee order placement, shipping, and delivery.
- Coordinate installations and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure accurate documentation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5-7 years in purchasing/procurement.
- Experience with high-end vendors and custom millworkers.
- Knowledge of the interior design industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Studio Designer or other interior design procurement software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to read furniture plans.
