This person needs to have a go-getter attitude and be able to collaborate with team members as well as consultants. They will work on a variety of challenging full life-cycle projects, delivering packages and working directly with clients. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned designer who wants to take their career to the next level and really lead teams from conception to completion on ever growing and exciting projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate all phases of the design process on a variety of projects in size and scope
- Space planning and test fits with clients
- Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
- Manage contract and construction administration responsibilities
- Workplace strategy
- Coordinate with a variety of consultants
- Provide leadership to junior staff
- Manage client relations
Skills and experience:
- A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch)
- 8 years of experience in interior architecture; workplace interior architecture strongly preferred - Experience with large-scale projects is a must.
- Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills and detailing
- Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Revit required
