We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, think-outside-the-box Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social strategy. As the Social Media Manager at Bespoke Labs for our multiple brands, you will be responsible for defining the voice of our social content initiatives and develop channel specific ideas to grow social engagement, in alignment with overall strategic & brand objectives
This role collaborates with other members of the marketing team and reports to the VP of
Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all active social media channels for multiple brands
- Research & identify content, partnership, & other social channel opportunities
- Create quarterly social media marketing plans with clear themes and goals
- Ensure a strong, consistent tone and presence on various social channels across brands.
- Generate compelling ideas to increase customer engagement, conversions and lead generation
- Create highly-engaging short form content, showcasing our products & brands
- Engage with our audiences & partners to increase social awareness, activities, engagement, & outcomes
- Be the face of Bespoke Labs and associated brands through video content, hosted webinars, social media, and live events
What You Bring To The Table
- Proven work experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Social Media Manager for a
DTC and/or B2B brand or company with available examples
- Hands-on experience and expertise with social media platforms and business account management tools including but not limited to Meta, YouTube and TikTok
- Willingness to be on camera
- Familiarity with product launch processes and marketing strategies
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
