- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Agricultural Business, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing rural agricultural operations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to confidently manage interactions with the Ranch Owner
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Possesses foresight to anticipate problems and solve them preemptively, finding opportunities to streamline operations
- Proactive, resourceful, and dependable with a hands-on approach, willing to work with ranch hands when necessary
- Genuine service heart and commitment to excellence

Job Requirements:
- Property Management: Oversee daily ranch operations, including cattle enterprise, hay production, and implementing property improvements.
- Ranch Maintenance: Familiarity in operating and maintaining water, power, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Financial Management: Develop operating budgets for all ranch activities, financial planning, and record-keeping.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and neighbors, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Project Management: Supervise ranch staff, assigning tasks and developing task lists in collaboration with the Ranch Owner.
