Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine patients' mental health status.
- Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared experiences among patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care within an outpatient setting.
- Offer child family counseling to support families in navigating mental health challenges.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred, with a focus on geriatrics or addiction counseling being a plus.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, group therapy, and psychotherapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
