Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Car Electronics Installer to join our team at Best Buy. As an Autotech Agent, you will be responsible for installing new technology into customers' vehicles, recommending and troubleshooting mobile electronics, and sharing automotive technology advice with clients and other employees.
Duties:
- Install standard mobile electronic solutions, including T-harness remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash units.
- Verify vehicle make and model, communicating any compatibility concerns prior to installation.
- Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Acquire and maintain required certifications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Meet Best Buy's safety standards regarding driving record (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience installing car electronics.
- Prior retail experience.
