Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Electronics Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you'll install and repair complex electronic devices and appliances in customers' homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair complex electronic devices and appliances in customers' homes
- Travel to customers' homes to perform installations and repairs
- Offer advice on product selection and usage to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
Requirements
- 6 months of experience delivering, installing, or repairing consumer electronic products
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment
- 1 year of experience in an electronics industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Current, valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards
- Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire
- Able to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help
