What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Clinical Data Scientist position at Best Buy Health?
As the Senior Clinical Data Scientist , you will partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data that will drive critical growth decisions and positive outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Define and demonstrate clinical, operational and financial excellence of Best Buy Health products and services
- Lead collaborative relationships with external partners and conduct analyses to produce peer-reviewed scientific evidence about the economic value and return on investment for care at home programs
- Identify data sources, gaps in data, and metrics of value, considerations for preprocessing data, and potential internal improvements
- Maintain industry knowledge to support Best Buy Health as a subject matter expert and ensure we are considering the latest trends in data and clinical research (e.g. experimental design, HEOR methodologies)
- Contribute and demonstrate knowledge of ‘bread and butter’ data science techniques within, and outside of, the team
